Tuesday 5th September - Worcester Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Worcester Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring two.  Snorting Lisbon will be spoken to and confirmed to return on Tuesday 12th September.  TeamBlue have been removed from the league with immediate effect.

In the Premier League division, spectators were treated to a nail-biting encounter between Crouch Potatoes and All Star Rejects. It was Crouch Potatoes who emerged victorious, clinching a narrow 2-1 win. Meanwhile, Sheffield Tuesday put on a dominant display, smashing Dynamo Kebab with an impressive 7-1 triumph. Purge F.C also showcased their attacking prowess with a resounding 5-0 victory over Green Army. Nutty Marauders secured a hard-fought 2-1 win against Gruppo Select, emphasizing their determination to finish strong.

Division 1 witnessed some enthralling matches as well. BDS FC demonstrated their offensive prowess by defeating Shed FC 4-1, while Brap FC triumphed over RB Old Boys with a 3-1 scoreline. Haywood Jablowme scraped past Joel Touchmatip with a narrow 1-0 victory, showcasing their defensive resilience.

Division 2 lived up to expectations with some high-scoring encounters. Centurions FC and Busty Badgers fought tooth and nail, ultimately settling for a 1-1 draw. Exeter Slowly dominated Warndon Heath, securing a convincing 5-1 win. In a thrilling goal-fest, Inter Ya Nan emerged victorious with a 6-4 win against Only Fools And Scousers.
