In the Premier Division, the champions, All Star Rejects, showed no signs of complacency in their top versus bottom clash against Haywood Jablowme. With their title already secured, All Star Rejects put on a dominant display, overwhelming Haywood with an 11-0 victory. It was a clear statement of their superiority and a testament to their outstanding season.
Dynamo Kebab and RB Old Boys, however, engaged in a thrilling encounter that ended in a 4-4 draw. Both teams showcased their attacking prowess, producing an exhilarating match that had spectators glued to the action.
In another Premier Division clash, Sheffield Tuesday faced off against Crouch Potatoes, who emerged victorious with a 6-2 scoreline. Crouch Potatoes demonstrated their attacking flair, leaving Sheffield Tuesday fried and struggling to contain their relentless onslaught.
The Nutty Marauders and Green Army locked horns in a tightly contested match that ended in a 4-4 draw. Both teams showcased their determination and skill, resulting in an evenly matched and entertaining fixture.
Moving on to Division One, the newly crowned champions, Gruppo Select, continued their winning form against Only Fools and Scousers. HIV Eindhoven faced an overwhelming onslaught from Goals Aloud, who secured a resounding 9-1 victory. Despite their promotion, Goals Aloud unfortunately announced their withdrawal from the league for the upcoming season.
Busty Badgers and BDS FC battled it out in a tense encounter that ended in a 1-1 draw. This point proved to be crucial for BDS FC, as it confirmed their well-deserved title win on the final day of the season.
As the current season comes to a close, Leisure Leagues Worcester warmly welcomes the new team, Athletico, who will be joining Division One for the upcoming campaign. Athletico replaces the promoted Goals Aloud and will surely add excitement and competition to the league.
