Tuesday 8th August - Worcester Sixways Round-Up

It was another superb evening's action in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance across the three divisions as ever, and some excellent matches on display!

In the Premier League, All Star Rejects showed their dominance with an emphatic 9-1 victory over Green Army. Their well-coordinated attack proved too much for the opposition, as they march towards yet another title, with their ninth win on the spin.  Gruppo Select secured a thrilling 7-5 win against Dynamo Kebab in a goal-fest encounter. Nutty Marauders narrowly edged out Crouch Potatoes 3-2, thanks to a match-winning goal from their standout player. Meanwhile, Sheffield Tuesday secured a convincing 4-1 victory over Purge F.C., thanks to some brilliant team play.

In Division 1, Shed FC continued their winning streak with an impressive 6-2 victory against I Heung My Son, led by their prolific forward who bagged a brace. Boi F.C. showcased their mettle with a 3-1 triumph over Haywood Jablowme, while an exciting encounter between Joel Touchmatip and BDS FC ended in a thrilling 2-2 draw. SNORTING LISBON secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory against RB Old Boys in a hotly contested encounter.

In Division 2, Busty Badgers claimed a 5-3 victory over Scranny Bao, with their talisman leading the way by netting a hat-trick. Exeter Slowly dominated their match against Inter Ya Nan, recording an impressive 10-0 win. Centurions FC and Only Fools And Scousers battled to a 1-1 draw in a closely contested encounter. TeamBlue FC and Warndon Heath also shared the spoils after a thrilling 2-2 draw.
