Tuesday 8th January - Worcester Round-Up

It was a fantastic evening of 7 a side football in Worcester on Tuesday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night for the first matches of 2019 and some excellent fixtures played throughout the night.

FC Timisoara got back to winning ways in the Premier Division as they picked up their first win in 5 matches, beating Bridgemen FC 4-1 to put themselves back within 1 point of top spot after Hakuna Juan Mata were held to a 0-0 draw against Gangs of Dwight Yorke.

In Division One Wallop United closed the gap on top spot to two points after they won 4-2 against Murder on Zidanes Floor, whilst top place Maradona Kebab drew 0-0 against Droitwich Old Boys.

Its as you were in Division Two as the top two teams both won their opening games of the new year.  Sex Drugs and Carlton Cole stay top after an impressive 3-0 win over Nutty Marauders, meanwhile second placed Bell FC Reserves were 3-1 victors over 1860 Worcester.

We currently have a rare team space available in this league!  We are offering FREE ENTRY WORTH £25 to the next team who signs up and fills this space.  Hurry though as these vacancies do not last long and when this has been taken the usual £25 entry fee will be payable again!
