Wednesday 19th March - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good start to the new season overall in the Worcester Wednesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night barring Snorting Lisbon and a cancellation from Perdilads United who'll both be confirmed to return next week.

In the Premier League, there was a significant display of skill and tactics as AFC Young Boys dominated Udogie Style 3-1, while Lucozade Sports secured a comfortable 4-0 win over Dream Team. Expecting Toulouse also set a fast pace in the league, overcoming Jeet Army 3-1.

Over in Division 1, Wednesday Social started the season with a narrow 1-0 victory against Bert United. Leavemyarsealona outplayed UP THE ALMA, ending the match with a solid 3-1 win. Sporting Abeergut and Nutty Marauders made remarkable impressions, scoring 6 and 14 goals respectively against their opponents Mia KhaFifa and MOIST CABBAGE.

Division 2 saw Zoumas Cats triumph over 2 Subs 1 Cup with a 3-1 score. AFC White Hart provided a stunning performance, defeating Unathlectico Madrid 7-1. Bruiseya Jawmund and Enter Team Name FC also bagged impressive victories.

Finally, in Division 3, The Ninja Skrtels edged out a win against Bench Warmers FC with a tight scoreline of 6-4. Platform South and Cathedral Cheese AFC held each other to a 1-1 draw, while Exeter Gently and Cry Me A River Plate also shared the spoils with a 2-2 draw.
