Wednesday 25th September - Worcester Round-Up

Another superb evening's football was enjoyed by all in the Worcester Wednesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across all four divisions as scheduled, and some well competed matches played.

In the Premier League division, the match between Coral FC and Zoumas Cats ended in a stalemate with a scoreline of 2-2. Gangsters Allardyce faced Wednesday Social in a tightly contested match that also ended in a 2-2 draw. Leavemyarsealona and Expecting Toulouse provided spectators with a high scoring thriller that ended at 3-3, while Lucozade Sports suffered a loss against Nunnery Wood Veterans with a 3-0 scoreline.

Division 1 saw Dream Team claim a narrow win against UP THE ALMA with a 2-1 scoreline. Enter Team Name FC fell short against Paris Ganja Man, ending in a 1-2 defeat. Notinyamoms Forest dominated Claines FC with a 6-2 victory, while Mia KhaFifa obliterated Murder On ZIdanes Floor with a whopping 10-0 win.

In Division 2, Bert United suffered a loss against Unathlectico Madrid with a scoreline of 2-5. AFC Young Boys secured a win against Tolly Bashers with a scoreline of 3-2. Backstreet Moyes and Sporting Bad Haircuts played a nail-biting match that ended in a 3-4 victory for Sporting Bad Haircuts. Ricks Rejects dominated Cathedral Cheese AFC with an 8-1 victory.

Lastly, Division 3 saw Bley You Off The Park secure a 5-1 victory against Tupsley FCC. Bench Warmers FC managed to win against Severn Wasters with a 4-2 scoreline. Sporting Abeergut lost to Snorting Lisbon, with a scoreline of 1-3, while Chewbacca The Net secured a resounding 8-2 victory against Kalvin Fillets.
