Wednesday 29th June - Worcester Sixways Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Wednesday 6 a side league this week overall.  We did however have Stud FC, Largentina and Cheeky Naldos missing.  All of which have confirmed they will return on Wednesday 6th July.

El Nino have moved three points clear at the top of the Premier Division after they were 4-3 victors over Pershite, whilst Sporting a Beergut's 2-1 defeat to Wednesday Social sees them drop from second to third, and allowed Priestlane to move up to third as they demolished Ayew Gueye by 6 goals to nil.  FC Marshelona gave their goal difference a boost as they showed no sympathy against Kebab Shop Boys who they thrashed 15-0.

The Charvas' healthy lead at the summit of Division One remains as they were handsome 7-2 winners over Probably Hungover to stay three points ahead of second placed Expecting Toulouse (5-1 winners against Lads on Toure) and six points ahead of third placed Bishy FC (4-0 winners against Get Your Klopp Out).  Paris Ganjaman moved up to fourth position as they thrashed Coral FC 5-2, dropping them two places to fifth.

Division Two was affected by the three cancellations mentioned above but the one league game that took place saw Dixie Normous get a big win in the promotion race as they thrashed 2 Girls 1 Schlupp by a 6-1 scoreline to leapfrog them into second spot!

Chicken Ball FC show no sign of slowing up as their ninth win in a row came in the form of a 4-0 victory over Unathletico as they look for a perfect campaign.  Vlads Lads look nailed on for second and were 8-1 winners over Sixual Deviants FC.  MEC Cartel moved into third place with an 8-1 spanking of I Predict a Diet, moving above Murder on Zidane's Floor who were beaten 4-1 by an ever improving Gotta Die for 3 Pints.
