Wednesday 5th June - Worcester Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Worcester Wednesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches across the four divisions, and some superb matches on display.

In the Premier League, a tightly contested battle saw Coral FC narrowly lose to Gangsters Allardyce with a scoreline of 2-1. Mia KhaFifa and Lucozade Sports served up a thrilling match, ending with Lucozade Sports emerging victorious 4-2. A similar story transpired when Nunnery Wood Veterans faced Wednesday Social, with the latter edging out a 2-1 win. UP THE ALMA fell to Worcester Saints 5-2, in a match that saw the Saints continue their dominant run.

Division 1 saw some high scoring games, with Notinyamoms Forest losing 6-1 to Dream Team. Injured FC put on a masterclass, besting Bert United 9-1, while Leavemyarsealona secured a 4-2 victory over Paris Ganja Man. In the only draw of the week, Claines FC and Enter Team Name FC couldn't be separated, finishing the game 0-0.

In Division 2, Monner United clinched a 2-1 victory over Tupsley FCC, while Tolly Bashers overcame Sporting Bad Haircuts 3-1. Expecting Toulouse managed an impressive 6-1 win over Murder On ZIdanes Floor, and Boca Seniors triumphed over Skylas Best Friends List 4-1.

Finally, in Division 3, Unathlectico Madrid delivered a phenomenal performance, thrashing The Cherry Charvas 11-1, and Perdiswell Lynx romped to a 12-0 victory over Severn Wasters. Meanwhile, Bley You Off The Park secured a 3-1 win over Bench Warmers FC.
