Wednesday 5th March - Worcester Round-Up

It was an excellent evening's football in the Worcester Wednesday 6 a side league at Sixways this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night, the only exception being a late cancellation from Sporting A Beergut who return as normal next week,

In the Premier League division, Jeet Army emerged as the top scorers with a humbling 9-0 victory over MOIST CABBAGE. Other notable matches saw Lucozade Sports defeat Coral FC 4-2, while Udogie Style and Wednesday Social each enjoyed 3-1 victories over Expecting Toulouse and Dream Team respectively.

Moving on to Division 1, AFC Young Boys were the top scorers, securing a comfortable win over Snorting Lisbon with a scoreline of 3-0. UP THE ALMA also recorded a 3-1 victory against Mia KhaFifa. The close contest of the evening was between Nutty Marauders and Unathlectico Madrid, with Madrid clinching a narrow 2-1 win. Leavemyarsealona and Zoumas Cats shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw.

In Division 2, Bert United and AFC White Hart both recorded 3-1 and 3-0 victories over 2 Subs 1 Cup and Claines FC respectively. MurderOnZidanceFloor managed to keep a clean sheet with a 2-0 win over Cry Me A River Plate.

Finally, in Division 3, Chewbacca The Net took the spotlight as the top scorers of the week with an astonishing 15-1 victory over Perdilads United. The Ninja Skrtels also had a dominant performance with a 6-0 thrashing of Cathedral Cheese AFC. Bench Warmers FC suffered a narrow loss to Tupsley FCC with a scoreline of 1-0, while Platform South recorded a 2-1 victory over Exeter Gently.
