In a sensational night of football, Bury St Edmunds Monday league completed its second week with some thrilling matches across the Premier League, Division 1 and Division 2.
Premier League
Klose But No Cigar emerged victorious, defeating NotinyourmumsForest 6-2. On the same note, Hello You Kante made a statement with a 6-3 triumph over Molewall, while Borussia Bad Boys had a slight edge over Snortin Lisbon, winning the game 4-3. The prominent performance of George Burcher from Hello You Kante, scoring a total of two goals, earned him the title of the top scorer in the Premier League.
Division 1
Saw significant action as well. Touch Matip held the night's high score, winning 11-7 against Net-six And Chill FC. Net-Felix And Chill bounced back in their match against Batty Ballers FC, securing a commanding 8-4 victory. The Salahban, however, couldn't find their stride, losing 2-0 to 6 Buhs 1 Ball. Net-Felix And Chill's Brett Symonds showcased his skills, scoring four goals to become the top scorer in Division 1.
Division 2
Inter Mivan fell to For The Badge, ending 2-5. Queens Park Raisins maintained a clean sheet, defeating Exeter Gently 4-0. Bulldogs OGs lost to Leavemearsealona FC 2-4. The division's top scorer was Daniel Enderby of Queens Park Raisins, finding the net twice.
The star of the week was undeniably Taylor Bunnage from Touch Matip, who was named the most valued player. His outstanding performance played a crucial role in his team's success this week.
