Bury St Edmunds Monday 6 a side news - match day 8

In a keenly contested eighth week of the Bury St Edmunds Monday 6 a side Football League, we were treated to a thrilling spectacle of goals, skills, and nail-biting finishes across both Premier League and Division 1 matches.

PREMIER LEAGUE

Beginning with the Premier League, a match that had everyone on the edge of their seats was the high-octane clash between Hello You Kante and Chicken Tikka Mo Salah, which ended in a 5-4 victory to Hello You Kante. Eze come Eze go delivered an impressive performance, defeating opposition Net-six And Chill FC by 6 goals to nil. The league also witnessed an overwhelming 9-0 victory for Snortin Lisbon against Sainsburys Slappers.

The standout performer was Eze Come Eze Go's Ben Curtis, who bagged a 6 goals during the match, earning him the 'Most Valued Player' title for the week and securing his position as the top scorer in the Premier League division this week.

DIVISION ONE  

Over in Division 1, there was no shortage of action either. Net-Felix And Chill secured a 4-2 victory over Bulldogs OGs, while NotinyourmumsForest dominated Queens Park Raisins with a resounding 9-2 win. Adding to the excitement, Bizzy Ballers shut out For The Badge with a 9-0 victory and St Edmundsbury Homes outplayed Leavemearsealona FC, scoring 8 goals to their opponent's 2.

As we move into week 9, teams across both divisions will undoubtedly be looking forward to next week. With the high level of competition, the remainder of the season promises to be as thrilling as this past week's matches.
