ANOTHER NEW TEAM IN AT BURY ST EDMUNDS

We are delighted to be bringing another team in off the waiting list to join our Tuesday night league at Skyliner Sports Centre. Sadly Vervegins failed to turn up last night and having tracked down the captain it's clear that they aren't going to be reliable so we have removed them today, last nights match fee will still need paying by them and now they don't get to play anymore. Shame but a good reminder to everyone that you MUST communicate with us if your team is away or struggling for players, just not turning up isn't good enough. So in come Jordan and his team Chavvy & Inyersister who jump straight into the 1st division and kick off next Tuesday against MH Rovers in a top of the table clash. We wish them luck with that and for the rest of the season. 

Other than the disappointment of the no show we had another great night of 6 a side at Skyliner with all teams having a good go. No Name put in a Stella performance to beat We Love A Bag 9 - 3 with a Volts hattrick doing much of the damage. Leaders B Team Old Boys won well again, getting the better of Athletic Bilbarrow 7 - 2 with Will Brown amongst the scorers.

MH Rovers won again to remain top of Division One, Their 7 - 2 win over The Royal Family was built around goal machine Finn's 5 goals while 2 Girls made a great return to action with a 7 - 3 win against Bayern Neverlusen, Ben Moss, Tom and Ben Mayhew each with a couple of goals to register their 1st points. 

Big thanks to Brian for arranging the last minute games and for teams hanging around to help fill games from the no show. Hopefully it's the last we will see of that for a while as all our remaining teams seem very reliable.
