In the Alfreton Monday Six-a-Side Football League's week eight, a range of intriguing encounters took place, producing some exciting results across four divisions.

In the Premier League, Largentina made their mark by trouncing Tibby Lads 10-3. It was a display of exceptional attacking prowess, establishing their dominance right from the kick-off whistle. Bad Badgers FC edged out Crystal Bar Palace in a thrilling 4-2 contest, exhibiting a perfect balance of attack and defence. Meanwhile, Jimmys secured a narrow 4-3 victory over The Gooners, and Pentrich Revolution managed to keep a clean sheet in their 3-0 win against Swanwick Delves.

Turning the focus to Division 1, Beating Chastards caught everyone’s attention with an 8-1 demolition of Green Team Blues. AFC Jimmys displayed a similar level of performance, crushing Bunting Bombers 9-2. FC Twente Pints triumphed over Bilkhu Originals with an 8-3 scoreline, and AFC Bundleslugs managed to clinch a 3-1 victory against The Steampacket.

In Division 2, Snort Vale emerged victorious in a high-scoring 6-5 thriller against Cunning Stunts FC. Association Athletic outclassed FC Farcelona 6-2, and Borussia Teeth managed to sneak a 1-0 win over Bull And Butchers FC. Warne Hub Wanderers eked out a 3-2 victory against Sporting Abeergut.

Lastly, Division 3 saw some close battles. Abduls Army overcame 2 Girls 1 Schlupp FC 2-1, while Cupid Stunts FC and Swanwick Sinners managed to scrape 1-0 victories against AFC Carling and Rent Boys respectively. Meanwhile, Fellas FC and Madiline Milan played out an exciting 4-4 draw.

While the top scorers for each division are yet to be confirmed, this week displayed a remarkable level of competitiveness across all divisions, promising an exciting season ahead.
