Paignton Wednesday 6 a side football league kicked off its first week with an exciting lineup of matches. We still have one space left to fill this season so get your team signed up and playing next week. Here's a look at the results:

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the Premier League division, champions Barely Athletic emerged victorious in their match against A4Life with a scoreline of 12-3, captain Tom Thorneywork with a hat-trick and also managed to help find his brothers lost phone in the end. Net Six And Chill and Churston Yutes played out a tight 1-1 draw, both keepers in great form. Men Behaving Chadli outplayed new team Giroud Let The Dogs Out with a 7-1 win, while ICUP suffered a 22-0 defeat at the hands of Haven't Jota Clue, plenty of time to bounce back for ICUP in the coming weeks.
