Paignton Wednesday 6 a side news - match day 7

In a thrilling spectacle of football last night, week 7 of the Paignton Wednesday Premier League delivered a series of adrenaline-fueled matches that kept us on the edge of our seats.

PREMIER LEAGUE

Murder On Zidanes Floor FC and Bastows Big Bazooka FC battled to an entertaining draw, with each team scoring four goals. It's Bastow's first dropped points of the season so credit to Zidanes, Bastow's remain in pole position though at the top of the table.

Meanwhile, Unathletico Madrid managed to snatch a narrow victory from Men Behaving Chadli, winning 4-3. It was a gripping game, with both teams pushing their limits, but ultimately Unathletico Madrid had the last laugh.

The narrow margins carried on into the match between Haven't Jota Clue and Churston Yutes, with the Yutes edging out their opponents 4-3. This intense match was definitely a crowd-pleaser, with the most valued player of the week, Lauchlan Pepperell, pulling off a stellar performance for Churston Yutes.

TATES ANGELS managed to outclass Ctrl Alt De Ligt, with a dominating 12-4 victory to stay second, two points behind the leaders. The star of the match was undoubtedly Thomas Timpson from TATES ANGELS, who emerged as the top scorer in the division, netting a total of five goals.

Lastly, Brixham Bay FC handed a 4-1 defeat to Net Six And Chill, rounding out a night of intense competition and exceptional performances.

The Paignton Wednesday Premier League promises more exciting games in the coming weeks, as teams continue battling for supremacy. It was an excellent week of football, and we cannot wait to see what happens in the weeks to come.

A big thank you to Jamie for running the evening and to all of our refs and players. Good luck next week!
