Milton Keynes Thursday's 6-a-side Football League marked an exhilarating performance in its seventh week, as teams across four divisions brought their A-game to the field.
In the Premier League division, RB Dons outperformed MK Dingdongs with a solid 5-1 victory, showcasing their unyielding dominance. In a closer contest, Afobe Reader and Murrys Ex locked horns with Murrys Ex edging out Afobe Reader 5-4 in a thrilling match, highlighting their resilience and determination. The final game of the division saw Used To Be Athletic securing a narrow 1-0 victory over Troops FC.
The Division 1 games proved to be equally thrilling. The Jackets triumphed over Fc Sacary Bagna with a score of 3-1, while De Jong Boys overpowered Olympic Leon 7-4 in a high scoring match. Pass It On FC also demonstrated a strong performance against Saucy 6 with a 3-1 win.
In Division 2, Dentons FC and Opium PC succumbed to defeat against Denbigh Rejects and Fc Cerveza, with scores of 3-0 and 2-1 respectively.
The top scorers for each division emerged as RB Dons (Premier League), De Jong Boys (Division 1), Denbigh Rejects (Division 2), and The Jackets (Division 1). Their performances were a testament to their steadfast preparation and tenacity, making them the teams to watch out for in the coming weeks.
