Thursday 11th October - Worcester end of season round-up

It was a fantastic end to the season in the Worcester Thursday 6 a side league  which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night and a thrilling finale!

Congratulations to Neverbeen Athletic who capitalised on a shock 2-1 defeat for Eastern Blades earlier in the night by winning their match 2-1 against BJH Motors to finish the season as champions by just 1 goal to cap a thrilling campaign where the two had battled it out for most of the season.

We say goodbye to a long serving Woo Town Wanderers as they played their final season with us.  We are however very pleased to welcome new team Real Sosobad to the league as their replacement and we wish these the best of luck going into the season ahead.

All captains will receive a call from Head Office with their first kick off time for the new season which gets underway on Thursday 18th October.
