Thursday 12th September - Worcester Round-Up

Another excellent evening's football in the Worcester Thursday 5 a side league this week, saw all teams in attendance as usual and some entertaining fixtures played throughout the night!

The Goal Diggers narrowly edged out Purge FC in a thrilling 6-5 victory. Despite an impressive 5-goal performance by Purge FC's WILL, the top scorer of the Premier League division this week, The Goal Diggers managed to clinch the victory in a nail-biting finish.

However, the biggest victory margin of the night was recorded by Charvas Yanited, who dominated the field with a stunning 14-1 win against Paris Ganja Man. The Yanited squad, showcasing their superior tactical prowess and teamwork, overwhelmed Paris Ganja Man, underscoring their status as a force to be reckoned with in the league.

Meanwhile, Watersedge FC proved their defensive mettle, shutting out Unathletico Madrid in a decisive 6-0 victory. Their aggressive attacking play coupled with a solid defensive line proved too much for the Madrid team, securing Watersedge a comfortable win.

WU Rangers and WR2 GALACTICOS locked horns in a fiercely contested face-off. WU Rangers eventually triumphed, claiming an 8-6 victory after a hard-fought battle that kept fans on the edge of their seats.
