An excellent evening's football in the Worcester Thursday 5 a side league this week once again as all 8 teams were in attendance for their matches as schedeuled.

Purge FC put on a spectacular show, trouncing BJH Motors with a staggering scoreline of 9-3. The triumphant team showcased their unparalleled skills and teamwork, setting a high standard for the rest of the season.

The Goal Diggers surpassed all expectations and emerged victorious against Nuns United, with a commanding lead of 11-3. The formidable team proved their mettle on the field, leaving spectators and opponents in awe of their coordinated moves and strategic gameplay.

The Premier League division also saw Charvas Yanited trailing behind WU Gaffa Cakes, who bagged a commendable victory of 9-4. The WR2 Galacticos had a tough game against Top Boys, with the latter marking a decisive win of 7-2.

The week's highlight, however, was the remarkable performance by Jasper from The Goal Diggers. He netted an impressive total of six goals, emerging as the top scorer in the Premier League division. His agility and precision on the field played a crucial role in his team's triumph and earned him a well-deserved spot at the top of the goal-scoring chart.
