Thursday 20th April - Worcester St John's Round-Up

Welcome to the match round-up of the Worcester Thursday 6 a side league that took place on the 20th of April at St John's Sports Centre. All teams showed up as scheduled and it was a night full of thrilling matches that kept the fans on the edge of their seats.

The first match saw the 2 LEFT FEET team take on BJH MOTORS. Unfortunately for 2 LEFT FEET, their name seemed to be a reflection of their performance on the pitch, as BJH MOTORS defeated them 8-1. BJH MOTORS had their engines running and left their opponents in the dust.

The second match was a much closer affair as TINY TODGERS and CUNNY FUNTS played out an exciting 3-3 draw. The Todgers were not afraid to push forward and take risks, while the Funts were more cautious in their approach. It was a tight match that could have gone either way, but in the end, both teams had to settle for a point.

In the third match, AYEW MY DAD FC put on an impressive display, defeating DGFC 4-0. DGFC couldn't find the back of the net and struggled to keep up with AYEW MY DAD FC's pace. It was a dominant performance that left AYEW MY DAD FC's opponents feeling like they needed a paternity test.

The fourth match was an absolute goal-fest as W.A.S edged past WR2 GALACTICOS in a thrilling 6-5 encounter. It was a back-and-forth affair that had the fans on the edge of their seats. In the end, W.A.S were able to hold on for the win, but it was a valiant effort from the Galactic stars.
