Thursday 20th May - Worcester Round-Up

A good evening's football overall in the Worcester Thursday 6 a side league at St Johns this week.  We were however disappointed that despite their assurances they would be in attendance, Berrow Boys failed to turn up for their scheduled fixture for the second week in a row.  They have now been removed from the league immediately and we will look to replace them with a more reliable team.

The above meant Real Sosobad recorded a 5-0 win due to their opponents non-attendance, this keeps them well clear as they wrapped up the title last week.

Born Toulouse keep their place in second after an entertaining 3-2 win over BJH Motors, a result which also allowed Woo Town Wanderers to move into third place as they ran out 2-1 winners in a narrow game against Will Brown.  MK Dongs assured that they will not be finishing bottom of the table this season as they were 4-2 winners against Paris Ganjaman in another entertaining encounter.

We currently have just one space available in this league at present which is a rarity!  With a new season just around the corner now is the perfect time to join and guarantee yourself a spot whilst using the next 2 games to get a feel for the league!  Entry is usually £25 but will be FREE FOR THE NEXT SIGNUP!
