Thursday 21st April - Worcester St Johns Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Worcester Thursday 6 a side league this week as all 8 teams were in attendance once again with some entertaining matches on display in game week 2 of the season.

New boys Ogre Athletic made it 2 wins in a row at the start of the new season as they were 6-1 winners over 6 Lads 1 Cup to lead the way on goal difference, as last seasons champions WAS were 1-0 winners against Tiny Todgers to win their second game on the spin.

Dontgiveafuchs followed up their draw last week with an impressive 7-2 win over Real Sosobad as the former champions suffered a second successive defeat, whilst The Boys In Striped Lallanas got their season up and running with a 2-0 win over BJH Motors who remain searching for their first points of the season.
