Thursday 21st March - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Thursday 5 a side league this week with all teams in attendance, although there were some hefty scorelines throughout the night.

In the highlight of the evening, WR2 GALACTICOS massively outplayed The Goal Diggers with a smashing 16-3 victory. This grand performance was largely due to the extraordinary performance of their top striker, JOE, who netted an impressive 11 goals, making him the top scorer for the Premier League division.

Elsewhere in the league, Tiny Todgers cruised to a comfortable 11-0 win against BJH MOTORS, demonstrating their offensive prowess and solid defence. On another field, Top Boys secured a 12-2 victory over Nuns United, a match that saw the former dominate in both halves.

Meanwhile, Purge FC displayed a show of pure dominance against Charvas Yanited, with a whopping 16-0 victory, emphasizing the strength of their squad and their determination to end the season on a high note.
