Thursday 26th January - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Worcester Thursday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled, the only exception being a very late cancellation from Lallanas who return as normal on Thursday 2nd February.

Leaders Tiny Todgers suffered a 4-1 reverse at the hands of WR2 Galacticos, but even with second placed DGFC winning 7-1 against BJH, the lead is still four points with only six to play for, so they could afford this minor blip.

New boys Cunny Funts played their first fixture with us and ran out impressive 7-2 winners over WAS, so they look like a good addition to the league with the new season around the corner!
