Thursday 27th June - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Thursday 5 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night and some very tight games played across the division.

BJH Motors edged out Bricky Boys FC in a 4-3 nail-biter, showcasing their resilience and determination. The match was an aggressive display of talent with BJH Motors scoring the winning goal in the final minutes of the game, securing their victory.

Meanwhile, Top Boys dominated The Goal Diggers, bagging a solid 6-3 win. Their formidable attack was highlighted by Sahail's remarkable hat-trick, which earned him the title of the top scorer of the week in the Premier League Division. His performance was a key factor in Top Boys' victory and his offensive prowess throughout the game left the spectators in awe.

In a close encounter, Purge FC managed to edge out WR2 Galacticos with a 3-2 victory. This win will without a doubt boost the morale of Purge FC as they move forward in the season.

Finally, Charvas Yanited had a convincing 4-1 victory over Nuns United. Their solid performance showcased their top-notch form this season and they will certainly be a team to watch in the coming weeks.

The title race looks like it will go to the wire this season, with three teams separated by just two points with the last three games remaining!  We wish all teams good luck heading into game week 12 of the campaign with Worcester's premier providers of small sided football!
