Thursday 30th May - Worcester Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Worcester Thursday 5 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night, the only exception being BJH Motors who we look forward to seeing back in attendance on Thursday 6th June.

The night was packed with thrilling last-minute goals and remarkable team efforts. The face-off between Charvas Yanited and Top Boys was a nail-biter, ending in a 5-4 victory for Charvas Yanited. The star player of the match was undoubtedly SAM, whose formidable striking skills saw him net four of Charvas Yanited's five goals, making him the top scorer in the Premier League division this week.

In another riveting match, WU Gaffa Cakes were able to overcome Nuns United with a 5-3 win. The Gaffa Cakes’ relentless attack left their opponents struggling to keep up, showcasing both their offensive prowess and tactical brilliance.

The final match in the Premier League division saw Purge FC narrowly edge out The Goal Diggers with a scoreline of 5-4. The game saw an extraordinary display of resilience from both teams, with Purge FC edging ahead in the dying minutes.
