Worcester Thursday 6 a side league update 17th August
The Worcester Thursday Football League continued its thrilling run last night with an action-packed week 11 of matches. We did have cancellations from W.a.s and BtBattyBoys this week and although W.a.s return this week, BTBatty have already been replaced by a new team called Purge FC.
Exeter Gently FC faced off against BJH MOTORS this week with both teams showing great determination and skill, resulting in an intense match that ended in a 2-2 draw.
Tiny Todgers went head-to-head with WR2 GALACTICOS. WR2 GALACTICOS dominated the game with a strong performance, securing a convincing 4-1 victory. Their teamwork and clinical finishing allowed them to take control of the match and secure all three points.
Additionally, the league recognized the top scorers of the Premier League division during week 11. JOE from WR2 GALACTICOS claimed the top spot for the week, showcasing his attacking prowess by netting an impressive total of 3 goals. His contributions were vital in helping his team secure a convincing victory.
