FOUR TO GO IN THE BRIERLEY HILL MONDAY LEAGUE!

A fantastic night of 6-a-side football in the Brierley Hill Monday League with all teams in attendance and accounted for and some very tight games played throughout.

Game of the night in the Premier Division this week goes to the game between 'Dudley Warriors' and 'Crumptons Firm'. Both teams were very impressive in a very close encounter on the night with both teams sharing the spoils in a 1-1 draw. This was the first time this season that 'Crumptons Firm' have dropped points and it will be interesting to see if they can bounce back next week. With there closest opponents 'That Peter Crouch Team' facing them twice in the last three weeks of the season this race for the title is going to the wire.

All good games again in Division One but it was the game between 'Pass It To The Left' and 'Gary Neville Is A Legend' that was the best of the night. In a four goal thriller that saw both teams share the points 2-2 it was great to see the quality on show. 'Pass It To The Left' are now three points clear of the rest with four games to go, are they going to be the champions of Division One? With 2 points splitting 2nd to 6th it will be interesting who the two to be promoted will be.

Team of the week for this week are 'Baloteletubbies'. Running out 2-1 winners on the night they have pushed there way into the promotion picture with four games to go. Next up for them is fellow promotion contenders '6 Berks And A Turk', who will come out on top with the end of the season coming up thick and fast?
