STOURBRIDGE MONDAY 6 A SIDE BREAKING NEWS 3RD OCTOBER
All the latest news from the Stourbridge 6-a-side league is direct from Stourbridge Rugby Club.
A great evening of 6-a-side football in the Stourbridge Monday League with some great games to decide the final places in the division!
Unfortunately, we did have two non-attendances as 'Park Tavern FC' and 'Chip Butty FC' were both not present for their fixtures. We will be in contact with both teams to confirm their return for the start of the new season next week. It is paramount all teams are at the league each week in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each and every week, if there are any problems with this please then ensure you are contacting your Area Manager in plenty of time to enable them to help if they can.
In more positive news, congratulations to 'Celta Allstars', 'Roebuck FC', 'Dynamo B.C.' and 'Unprotected Cesc' who finished the season as winners of their divisions. And well done to 'Redz on Stedz', 'PS Geezas', 'This Is Plough We Do It' and 'AFC Vexham' who finished as Runners-Up. There are also congratulations to Matt Preston of 'Inter Mi'Bathams', Francesco Rizzo of 'PS Geezas', Tom Wright of Dynamo 'B.C.' and Jordan Crump of 'AFC Vexham' who walked away in their divisions MVP awards. Reece of 'Redz on Stedz', Matt Dawes of 'PS Geezas', Jack Fletcher of 'Dynamo B.C.' and Will Tibbetts of 'Unprotected Cesc' were our top goal scorers in each division. The league winners will be contacted over the coming days in order to decide what they would like their reward to be for their hard work this season for their respective league. The above teams and players will have the opportunity to be entered into their respective weekly prize draw or receive trophies and medals at the league.
New season starts this coming Monday 10th October 2022 and your area manager will be in contact in the coming days to confirm your kick off time for the first games of the season. Good luck all in the new season!
