In the exciting world of Stourbridge's 6-a-side Football League, week 8 wrapped up with some thrilling, high-scoring games across all divisions.

Unfortunately we did have a few non-attendances on the night and we will be in contact with each of them this week in order to confirm there return for next Monday. It is paramount all teams are present for there fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

In the Premier League, Big Stiff Chip Butty posted a 3-1 win over Wheres Your Man FC, while AFC Vexham narrowly edged past Unprotected Cesc with a 4-3 victory. However, the game that truly stole the show was new team Big Boys' resounding triumph over Celta Allstars.

The Division 1 saw Mirage United dominate Baz Ball FC with a 9-3 victory, whilst Stourbridge Olympic had a stalemate match with VI Inches Combined, ending in a 0-0 draw.

In Division 2, Genoa Side, AC MiBathams, and BBF United all enjoyed wins, in three very good, competitive games. 3-0, 3-1 and 7-1 were there victories and they all go into the final two games of the season full of confidence.

Division 3's top match saw Waggon Wonderers edge out Athletic Dildao 3-2. Borussia Munchenshadrack ran out 3-1 winners over Notting Yourmumsforest and Scran City got the 2-0 win over Paralympique Marseille to round off the results in this Division.

In Division 4, Expected Toulouse FC secured a win over Spignif Allstars. This is Plough We Do It went top of this Division with a 2-1 win over Hwang Bang as the race for the title in this league has really started to hot up.

Finally, Division 5 saw Cott Lane Colts win comfortably over The Unbelievable Lads FC, meaning they are promoted with two games still to play and take the title with a point next week. Peter Larsen Kaffe also ran out comfortable winners in there game against Danny Gs Henchmen.

As the season nears its conclusion with only two weeks left, we advise teams to secure their spots for the next season's action.
