A great night of 6-a-side football in Stroud took place on Monday night with plenty of action across 3 games.
With Not a Kalou and Pique Blinders playing a points match against each other, the first meaningful match saw 2nd and 3rd play one another and it was a much-changed Cottage Cheese side who came out on top against 2 Girls 1 Schlupp in the end, 4-3.
Christy Palace then edged another high-scoring affair, winning 3-2 against ITEC.
The final match of the night saw the leaders, Washing Machine, return to winning ways after last week's defeat, with a 5-0 win against the new boys, The Heavy Gang.
We have seen Flapjack leave the league this week due to them struggling for players so we now have 2 spaces in the league so join now to fill those spaces at www.leisureleagues.net or contact Drew on 07538 474933 for more details or any queries.
Please remember that next week is, like any top European League, a mid-season break (for Easter) and so the next matches are on 9 April.
