New Season Up and Running

The end of season blues were well and truly blown away with a great night of football at Stratford Park Leisure Centre in Stroud this Monday.

There were plenty of goals on show with the Team of the Week beating ITEC FC 6-0 in good conditions for football.  

The two other matches were tight games showing the competitive and fun nature of the league.  Those ended with 2 Girls 1 Schlupp being victorious by 2 goals to 1 against Borussia Monchenflapjack and Washing Machine coming out on top 2-0 against 5 Star United.

Christy Palace benefited from Not a Kalou's planned absence with a 5-0 win but thanks to Not a Kalou for providing more than 7 days notice.

As it is the start of the season, there is no better time to join the Stroud League with the reduced joining fee offer extended until after the Bank Holiday.
