Rain, Rain, Rain

With nearly monsoon conditions in Stroud, it wasn't ideal conditions for 6-a-side football at Stratford Park Leisure Centre.

The first match of the night saw the champions, MK Dongs, defeat 2 Girls 1 Schlupp 4-2.

The goals continued to rain down in the second game with Not a Kalou mastering the conditions with a fine 6-2 win over May Change.

The third match of the night saw the league leaders, PCL edge Dano FC 3-2.

We then saw a series of no shows with Chubby Alonsos failing to attend and this left Washing Machine without opponents but gained a 5-0 win.

The final match of the night saw both Down Farm and Vape FC fail to show and so they shared a 0-0 scoreline.

All 3 teams will be contacted this week about their returns next week.
