THE STROUD SUNDAY 6 ASIDE LEAGUE WEEKLY UPDATE

A great week at the STROUD Sunday 6 aside league held at the Stratford Park Leisure Centre with almost all teams in attendance. Unfortunately, Choir girls did not attend but this team will be spoken with to ensure that they will be back for next week. 

We have been informed that a few players were refused to play due to their age. We would like to remind everyone that all of our leagues are 16+ due to safety reasons. Therefore, it is in their best interest that any under 16 year olds will continue to be turned away if they attend in the future. 

With the rate in that we are losing balls, we will have to consider implementing a head height rule or increase match prices to cover the cost of more balls. This is not something we want to have to enforce so please try not to kick the balls over the fence!

We would like to welcome a new team to the league!!! Pain in Dias will have their debut fixture on the 31st of July. We still have room for more teams to join our first division, if you fancy joining this league, register your team on our website. For further information, call us on 0333 123 2340.
