Washing Machine Clean Up

An eventful night of 6-a-side football saw Washing Machine seal the title with a game to spare and complete their procession to back-to-back championships.

The night with an end of season vibe as two mid-table sides, ITEC and Not a Kalou, played out an entertaining 2-2 draw.

We then had no shows in our next two matches as Dano FC did not attend, leaving a points match for Washing Machine and Heavy Gang did not make it to play Colonel Getafe.  

Both teams will be spoken to before next week.

As summer approaches, remember that if you do not attend then you do have to pay the outstanding match fee the following week. However you can book a match off without penalty if you give 7 days notice.

Pique Blinders and 2 Girls 1 Schlupp finished the night with a rout by the third placed team over the runners up but that wasn't enough to propel the Blinders up to the medals.

We have a cup night planned for 25 June - £40 entry and 2 games guaranteed.  This is open to everyone so teams can play who do not play in the league so spread the word and get as many teams as we can
