In the heart of the bustling neighborhood of Swindon, week one of the recently initiated 6-a-side Football league saw spirited games unfold across Divisions 1, 2, and 3.

In the Division 1 games, the Friends United team put up a dominating performance, trouncing 1980's Legends 6-0, marking an emphatic start to the season. Badbury Park, too, started on a high note, overcoming Swindon Warriors 5-2 in a thrilling encounter. Sons Of Pitches and PINEHURST FC also had reasons to celebrate, garnering victories against Lordas FC and YB FC respectively.

Division 2 witnessed Unclarted outclass DL Wanderers 4-1, while Hungry Higgos triumphed over Swindon Mags with a convincing 3-0 scoreline. Swindon Downs edged past Plough FC 2-1 in a close match, while Real Social Dads and Puyol Pants Down ended in a goalless draw, leaving everything to play for in the upcoming weeks.

In Division 3, Borussia Dwarfmen started their campaign on a positive note, defeating Wichelstowe Wanderers FC 5-2. Schoolyard Skills, FC De Workman, and Haynes Beans also notched up victories against Who Ate All Depays, Savoy Athletic, and Portugeezers Fc respectively. Pique Blinders rounded off the week with a solid 5-2 win against Not Dat FC.
