The Swindon Thursday 6 a side Football league entered its fifth week, with several dramatic matches across all three divisions.

In Division 1, 1980’s Legends carried out an impressive performance, defeating FStars FC 5-0 to secure top spot in the league. In a tightly contested match, Bluey United and Bhuis Boys fought to a 1-1 draw which showed both sides' defensive prowess.

Division 2 saw Beercelona triumph over Swindon Downs 4-1, cementing their place at the top of the league table. Shield And Shaggers asserted their dominance with a 3-0 victory against We Ate All Depays. Puyol Pants Down squeezed past Wichelstowe Wanderers FC with a 4-3 win in a thrilling encounter. Plough FC and Borussia Dwarfmen split points in a 2-2 draw, while PINEHURST FC handed a 3-0 defeat to DL Wanderers.

In Division 3, Unclarted edged out FC De Workman 4-3 in a close-knit match. Swindon Warriors faced a crushing defeat, losing 10-0 to Who Ate All Depays. Schoolyard Skills and Egoala CF had a goalless draw, while Savoy Athletic suffered a heavy 9-0 loss against Haynes Beans. Oasis Fc secured a narrow victory over Not Dat FC with a 3-2 win.

The top goal scorers of the week were from 1980’s Legends in Division 1, Beercelona in Division 2, and Who Ate All Depays in Division 3. Their exceptional performances significantly contributed to their team's victories.
