Play in the Tamworth Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In an exhilarating start to the Tamworth Sunday 6-a-side football season, teams across four divisions: Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 came head to head in some fiercely competitive matches.

In the Premier League division, The Kromspachers and Just Good Vibes kicked off the season with clean sheets, sparking a jubilant mood amongst their fans. The Kromspachers clinched a 2-0 victory against Abbey Green Sixes, while Just Good Vibes secured a 3-0 win over Bolehalls Finest. A jaw-dropping 5-5 draw between Saviles Survivors and Balloteli-tubbies added a thrilling twist to the opening week.

Division 1 saw a tense game between Woodland Road and County Links, which ended 4-3 in favor of County Links. Farcelona FC also enjoyed a successful start, beating VFB Snussgart 3-1. The Lovepockets and Maradonna Kebab bagged wins against Keep It Simple and Ready Brexit respectively.

In Division 2, Messi Facial triumphed 3-1 over Prison FC, while NewBoysUnited outlasted PG United 3-0. The match between Murder On Zidanes Floor and Black Beatles FC ended in a 3-3 draw, while Dont Touch My Tapas ransacked Sons Of Pitches 6-2.

Meanwhile in Division 3, Ashby Road dominated the field, dispatching White Beatles FC with a 6-1 victory. Champagne Superovers and Friday Club FC also celebrated wins against Kupid Stunts and Interurnan FC respectively.

As the season has just begun, a pattern of top scorers is yet to emerge. However, with such a promising start, it won't be long before we see some names starting to lead the pack in each division.
