TAMWORTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE DELIVERS THRILLING WEEK 9 PERFORMANCES

In a thrilling week 9 showdown, Tamworth Sunday's six-a-side football league provided incredible performances across all divisions. The competition, which featured three major divisions; Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2, kept spectators on the edge of their seats from kickoff to the final whistle.

In the Premier League, Black Beatles FC emerged victorious with a 5-3 win against Just Matip. The Lovepockets also edged out Exeter Gently in a closely contested 2-1 match. The real showstopper, however, was Friday Club FC, who trounced NewBoysUnited with a 4-1 victory.

Over in Division 1, the battles were just as intense. Ashby Road fell short against Klose Enough, who managed a 2-0 win. VFB Snussgart clinched a narrow 3-2 victory against Keep It Simple, while Ready Brexit outscored County Links 4-3 in a nail-biting finish.

Division 2 saw some high-scoring action, with Woodland Road claiming a stunning 7-1 victory against Ventura Misfits. Perm Youth Support and Betterlacticos ended their match in a 2-2 draw, while CFR and PG United also shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw. Finally, Dont Touch My Tapas and The Cannons ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw.

Laudable top scorers were evident across every league. Premier League saw Friday Club FC leading the pack, Division 1 had Ready Brexit at the helm, and Division 2 was dominated by Woodland Road.
