New Teignmouth Tuesday 6 a side season gets underway!

The first week of the newly inaugurated Teignmouth Tuesday 6 a side Football league witnessed its Premier League teams showing off their football prowess with stunning performances.

PREMIER LEAGUE

The league kicked off with TGC FC dominating their match against champions Dawlish Utd, storming ahead with a decisive 5-1 victory. TGC FC's Tom Mortimore led the charge, showcasing an impressive performance by netting three goals, and becoming the top scorer for the Premier League in this initial week.

Elsewhere in the division, new boys Six On The Beach managed to secure a solid 2-0 win over Old Dogs No Tricks FC, setting a strong tone for their upcoming matches. A notable player from the victors, Eleanor Bird, was deemed the most valued player of the week. Bird's extraordinary performance provided a significant edge to Six On The Beach, solidifying her place as a key player to watch this season.

With the season just getting started, the stage is set for more action-packed matches in the forthcoming weeks. The initial performance of the teams indicates a competitive and thrilling season ahead.
