Teignmouth 6 a side - Tuesday Night Round Up

TEIGNMOUTH 6 A SIDE - WEEKLY ROUND UP!

It was another great night of game at Teignmouth College last night with all our teams in attendance and some cracking games played. Here is a quick look at what took place.

PREMIER LEAGUE

It was billed as the game of the season and the top of the table clash between Champions Dawlish and new boys Interyournan didn't disappoint, level on points going into match day 5 both sides were looking to take a lead in the title race. Luke Snell netted twice for the Champions but a Sonny Tredwell Hat-trick pushed Inter ahead and they took the win 5 - 3. Well played to both teams, looks like it could be a real fight for the title this season between two good sides.

Paris Ganja Man built on last weeks win with another this week to stay in touch with the leaders. Jack Hemingway scoring twice for his side in their 5 - 1 win against Priors Preds. Old Dogs picked up their 1st points of the campaign with a fantastic 8 - 1 win over Sons of Pitches, Leon Aggett leading the way with 3 while Dorsetshire Sauce joined the pack on 6 points with a tight win against Future Stars. Fergus McDonald scoring 3 in the teams 5 - 4 win. Despite the defeat, Albin Irwing kept his name on the top scorers list with a well taken hat-trick for Future Stars. 

Big thanks as always to Steve for managing match night alongside Dan and Sam our refs and well done to all our teams for their part in another great night in Teignmouth.
