Teignmouth Tuesday 6 a side - DAWLISH CHAMPIONS

In a thrilling close to the Teignmouth Tuesday's 6-a-side football league season, Premier League saw high-octane action with Dawlish Utd clinching the title.

Last night marked the 14th and final week of the season, where Dawlish Utd emerged as the champions of the Premier League division, amassing an impressive 26 points with 13 wins. Their dominance throughout the season has been unshakeable, making them the well-deserved victors of the prestigious league.

In the Premier League matches, there were impressive performances all around. Dons Ultras were toppled by TGC FC in a 4-2 contest, while Templer Way FC secured a resounding victory over Devons Custodians with a score of 5-1.

In the individual accolades, Nico James of Templer Way FC bagged the top scorer of the division title this week, netting 2 goals in the concluding week, solidifying his shooting prowess and contributing significantly to his team's victory.

However, the star of the week was undoubtedly Devon Muzvimwe of TGC FC, who was crowned the Most Valued Player. Muzvimwe’s consistent performances and outstanding skills on the field have been instrumental in TGC FC's successes, and this recognition is a testament to his contribution to the team's high-ranking position.

Sonny Treadwell dominates the scoring charts with his 24 goals for Don's Ultras proving crucial in their 2nd placed finish while Morgan Favas of champions Dawlish takes the seasons MVP award with 4 MotM wins through the season.

As we wrap up this exciting season, one thing is for certain: the level of competition and sportsmanship displayed by these teams and individuals has been exemplary. Although the dust has settled for now, anticipation for the next season is already building and our teams don't have long to wait with the new season underway next Tuesday night. Until then, congratulations to all the winners of this season's Teignmouth Tuesday 6-a-side football league.
