Weekly News from Monday 20th March

We had a great night of football on Monday, with all teams in attendance as expected. We were extremely disappointed to hear of a disciplinary issue in the game involving Sherwood Legends however.

James Anderson has received a £20 fine and two week ban after receiving a straight red card for a dangerous tackle.

Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour towards officials or players at any of the leagues that we operate. Any team or player seen to be displaying this sort of behaviour will receive fines and bans accordingly.
