In an exciting week of the Sedgley Monday 5-a-side football league, the ninth week of play was a thrilling spectacle for fans and players alike.

Unfortunately we did have one non attendance on the night as Notinyourmums Forest FC were not present for their fixture. We will be in contact with this team in the next few days in order to confirm their return for next week. It is paramount that all teams are present for their fixture each and every week in order for the league to run smoothly, if there are any issues please be sure to contact you area manager in plenty of time.

In the Premier League division, AFC Gornal made their mark with a strong victory over The Old Tigers. Meanwhile, SH Dons managed to pull off a close win over Munchen Phatbach FC. However, the highlight of the division was undoubtedly the high-scoring clash between Brexit Bad Boys and Goal Diggers, which saw the latter team emerge victorious with a exciting triumph. 

Moving onto Division 1, Woefulhampton Wanderers FC stole the show with a dominant display against Ketamingolet, while Diddys Dream edged out Underdawgs FC in a tightly contested match. Heading into the last week things are tight in division one!

Division 2 saw a gripping match between La Masala and Johns Stoned, with Johns Stoned seizing the victory with a eye catching game. Out on bale claiming vctory after Notinyourmums Forest FC failed to fulfil their fixture.

With every match offering its own unique set of highlights and the players displaying commendable skill and sportsmanship, the ninth week of the Sedgley Monday 5-a-side Football league was a testament to the passion and talent that the local football community holds.
