In a thrilling week 2 of the Birmingham Sunday Football league, teams from the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 divisions showcased an array of exciting performances, scoring a plethora of goals, while also displaying remarkable defensive skills.
In the Premier League, competition intensified as Unfit Fc notched up an impressive 10-2 victory against Pain In Dias to put a stake in the ground of their title challenge
Most Valuable Player - Miro (Unfit FC)
However, the match of the day was arguably the contest between Lads On Toure and Real Madri, where the latter prevailed with a close 2-1 win.
Miro from Unfit Fc topped the scoring charts for the week in the Premier League with seven goals.
Moving on to Division 1, matches were nothing short of goals galore. SIIUUUUUUU outperformed Athletico Northfield with a 6-2 win
Most Valuable Player- Charlie (Siuuuu)
Emery Massive emerged victorious over Seal Team 6 with a score of 7-2 to bounce back after last weeks defeat
Most Valuable Player- Sam (Emery Massive)
Real Madreadful stole the show by clinching a comprehensive 7-0 triumph against Evans Fat to continue their impressive start to the season. Shout out to Evan’s goalie who made some great saves especially in the first half
Most Valuable Player- Alex (Real Madreadful)
In Division 2, the Six Offenders fell to Cesc Pistols 2-4, who picked up their first points of the season and looked dangerous going forward
Most Valuable Player- Niah (Cesc Pistols)
Paris Ganjaman suffered a 1-3 defeat against Gangsters Allardyce in a game which saw a close first half and Gangsters step up in the 2nd
Most Valuable Player- Josh (Gangsters Allardyce )
The tightest match saw Hawks narrowly beat Inter Ya Nan, 3-2 in an end to end game. Hawk’s Bowles made some important stops to secure the points for the men in yellow
Most Valuable Player- Bowles ( Hawks)
