Premier League and Division 1 of the Birmingham Sunday 6-a-side Football league witnessed a night of exciting and nail-biting games in Week 8 of the season.
In the Premier League division, a thrilling game was played between AC Northfield and Unfit FC which saw Unfit FC dominate the game with a 7-1 victory.
Most Valuable Player - Miro (Unfit FC)
Pain In Dias and Smokers FC ended their game in a draw, with both teams scoring one goal each in a tight contest
Most Valuable Player - Luke (Pain In Dias)
In a close match, Better Than Emeryone scraped past Six Offenders with a 3-2 win. Sam was outstanding in goal for Six Offenders and took home the MVP title for the game
However, the highlight of the night was FC TooGreedyyy's astounding 6-1 triumph over Brothel FC. Jac from FC TooGreedyyy topped the score charts with a total of 4 goals, proving to be a formidable asset for his team aswell as being MVP for the match
On the other hand, Division 1 saw some equally gripping matches. Adam Johnsons U15s couldn't stand against the prowess of SIIUUUUUUU, losing with a 4-1 scoreline.
Most Valuable Player - Ethan (SIUUUUUUU)
Athletico Northfield fired on all cylinders to beat Slaters Colombians 4-1. The win keeps Northfield 2 points off the top as the race for promotion heats up
Most Valuable Player - Charlie (Atheltico Northfield)
Emery Massive put up a tough fight but fell short against Hawks, ending the game at 1-0 with the only goal of the game falling to Ryan
Most Valuable Player - Ryan (Hawks)
The most dominant performance of the night had to be from Fake Madrid, who showed no mercy to Farcelona, handing them a 6-0 defeat. Ethan Oliver of Fake Madrid stole the show with a total of 2 goals which now makes him top scorer for the division
