Backstreet Girls 7 - 4 Trowbridge Wolves
Backstreet's back! with a solid team performance and some clinical finishing which saw them smash seven past a slow starting Trowbridge Wolves who have fallen off the pace recently! Ethan Green earning himself MVP in an end to end game!
Al Bang Ur Nan 3 - 3 Tugas FC
Game of the night goes to the clash between Al Bang Ur Nan and Tugas FC which was a fiery affair and saw two penalties given in a games that was end to end! Goal of the game goes to Brad "The Salmon" Daws who leapt like a salmon to expertly flick on a hopeless defensive clearance into the corner to give Al Bang Ur Nan a temporary lead.
Club Tropicana FC 3 - 5 Tellisford United
Reigning champions Tellisford United prove they are still the team to beat in our Monday league as a comprehensive team performance saw them overcome a solid challenge from our previously unbeaten Trowbridge champions Club Tropicana Fc, Harry Ledbury again providing a defensive masterclass with multiple clearances off the line for his side but it was Ashton Shanley who proved the difference between the sides with an assured performance in the center of the park.
Points Match 2 0 - 5 Six Offenders
Huge thanks to James Richards and his Al Bang Ur Nan side who stayed on to give Six Offenders and competitive and hugely entertaining 7 v 7 game to round off the evening. Stand out player was Oscar Stanley who put in a brilliant shift for the offenders with a box to box performance that saw him get himself on the score sheet in a 5 - 2 win! Captain Ben Cann could have stolen the spot light at the end if he finishing was as good as his defending!
