Another brilliant night of football up John of Gaunt school in Trowbridge!
Six Offenders 3 - 3 Al Bang Ur Nan
The first game of the evening turned out to be an absolute cracker as Kevin Deadman led Al Bang Ur Nan to a 3 - 0 lead, Six Offenders decided to turn up second half and went through the gears upping the pressure on the Al Bang Ur Nan defence! Captain Ben Cann put in a brilliant defensive performance with Oscar Stanley leading the line and drawing the score lines level at 3 - 3 with just minutes to go! Great game of football! Credit to both sides.
Tellisford United 4 - 2 Backstreet Girls
It was the clash of the two unbeaten teams in our Monday league! In a game that was truly end to end with both teams having buckets full of chances to put this one to bed! Ethan Green leading the Backstreet Girls and Captain Harry Ledbury putting in a brilliant performance for the Tellisford Boys! Ultimately it was the veterans Tellisford who took their chances and ran out 4 - 2 winners!
Ballack Eyed Peas 1 - 2 The Jamaican Warriors
The final game of the evening was a heated contest which saw 3 sin bins between the two teams and there could have easily been more. Myles Woodward opened the scoring with a fine run through the heart of the Ballack defense! Ben Fielding responded with a calmly taken penalty slotted into the bottom corner! Chances were few and far between in the second half but Jamie Kinchin sealed the win with an absolutely stunning strike from out wide sneaking in the near post!
CrossBar Challenge
Ben Cann and the Six Offenders were the latest team to take on our CrossBar Challenge to earn themselves money off their fixture! Unfortunately they all drew a blank, check it out on Facebook!
