TROWBRIDGE THURSDAY 6 ASIDE UPDATE FROM THE 13TH OF APRIL

In what was a thrilling night of football, all teams were in attendance for the Trowbridge Thursday 6 aside league held at The John of Gaunt School. With just one week left of the season, the competition was fierce and the pressure was on.

The first match of the night saw Beatables FC take on The Owls. It was a dominant display from Beatables FC who secured a 3-0 victory over their opponents.

In the second match, Turkish De Ligt faced off against Fossil FC. Turkish De Ligt were in fine form, scoring four goals to secure a comfortable 4-1 win.

Chopper City FC continued the trend of dominant displays, securing a 3-0 victory over Themonstars FC in the third match of the night.

In what was perhaps the closest match of the evening, Lads on Toure narrowly beat Only Put Matip In with a 3-2 victory.

The final match of the night saw Short Back and Stompin take on Terry Bull Tips. Short Back and Stompin were the dominant side, securing a 2-0 victory over their opponents.

With only one week left of the season, the competition is heating up. Turkish De Ligt currently sit at the top of the league, but Short Back and Stompin are hot on their heels. It remains to be seen whether Turkish De Ligt can hold onto their lead or if Short Back and Stompin will steal the win on goal difference.
