WEEKLY UPDATE 15th JUNE

This week saw a red card issued to Jodi Meaden from McDons in their match with Lallanas In Pyjamas. We have a zero tolerance policy on acts of this nature and this player is now permanently banned from participating in any Leisure Leagues event.

We also had a no show from Team Formative this week which left their opponents without a match as no team would stay on and give Bag Of 5 a game. I was extremely disappointed to hear this as if the shoe was on the other foot Bag Of 5 would stay on to make sure a team without a match got a game. In life, we always expect to treat others how we wish to be treated! So when asked to play a friendly on the rare occasion when a team fails to attend, please step up to the mark to ensure everyone at the league has an enjoyable experience. We will be contacting Team Formative to ensure they are back for this week or they will be removed from the league.

I would also like to remind all players that they must park in the public car park and not the small car park by the pitch as that is for officials and school staff only.
